Hi Ella, I couldn’t agree more with you that we need to keep suggesting and maintaining PLNs, because we need to use them to build relationships with people in different fields for opportunities to be able to collaborate or mentor. Like you said, you will share your expertise on social media platforms, ask some experienced professionals for advice on their work, and allow yourself to create more value through PLNs to benefit your career development. Regarding your reliance on PLNs to open up career opportunities, I think I also agree, because you share your expertise and experience on LinkedIn and then get job opportunities, I believe many other platforms can too, not only LinkedIn, as long as we show our skills on PLNs however increase our visibility, we also have a high chance of getting Job opportunities.
