When I used to take online math course, our teacher Dr. Trefor Bazett would post his recording of classes on YouTube, and the video content was professional and clear, and we could watch it over and over again. This is a very effective platform for students to keep up with the course.

I think every employee should speak carefully because they represent the appearance of a company. In conversations with customers, employees should be mindful of the information they share and most importantly, respect the customer by not revealing their personal information. And I think that marketing numbers like the company’s, such as Facebook and Instagram accounts, should be given to people who have management skills, responsibility, and leadership to use them so that they can be assured, because if the company’s official account is one that every employee has permission to use, then if some inappropriate statements or posts are published, who is going to bear the huge loss and the reputation of the company.
