Hi Nick, I agree with your idea “building a PLN is a continual activity that demands regular work and participation”. In a PLN, active participation and interaction with others allows for better relationship building and sharing of expertise, as well as timely feedback to others. It is an efficient way to constantly improve. Secondly, I also think building a good reputation is quite important to create a PLN because it represents the trust of everyone involved in your PLN and the belief that your PLN can give them enough expertise and security.
